While the Dream Diary Jam has come and gone, and I did technically sign up for it, I'm still not at a good place to release the demo version of Nocti. I've gotten a lot done since the last time I've posted (some of which can be seen on my game dev twitter) but it still needs a few more months of work and bug testing before I'll be happy to release it for everyone to try out. Development has kinda gone back to a crawl after the jam month because of other projects I need to work on but hopefully after July I can dive straight back into the finishing touches. 

I feel kind of bad that it's taken this long to finally get an actual demo out that isn't even half of what I want the full game to be, but I'm still thinking about Nocti all the time and coming up with ideas and I *love* making pixel art so please don't think of slow development time as me losing interest in the project! Far from it! 

That being said, I think the release date for the demo is going to be sometime in November. I said September/October on my twitter but after thinking about it I've decided that giving myself an extra month of padding is much better. Thank you for following the development of Nocti! I hope when the demo is released you enjoy it and appreciate how far it's come from.
